The location was particularly good - short way from everywhere I wanted to go. There was a nice restaurant at a short distance from the hotel.

This place is situated in a quiet and amazing spot right next to the residential area. You can easily reach the city center in just 10 minutes using the nearby tram stop. Plus, the tram station is very close by, making transportation super convenient.

They offer a variety of delicious breakfast items. the room is nicely decorated with a theme, a coffee machine, and a lovely bathroom. They even leave some yummy cookies for you to enjoy ❤️.

Unexpected Convenience: Imagine my surprise when I discovered that my double room had not only a private bathroom, but also a fully equipped kitchenette! It was like stumbling upon a hidden treasure, complete with an electric kettle and kitchenware. I felt like a masterchef in my own little haven.

Limited View: It's a shame that my room didn't have a window. While it didn't bother me much since I spent most of my time exploring the city, some may miss the natural light and the chance to gaze out at the world beyond.

our stay in talence was great, but Maison Brisson made it even better! the owner was super nice and spoke amazing english. the room was cozy and clean, and the wifi was perfect. the shared kitchen had everything we needed and there was unlimited coffee and tea. definitely recommend!

Marion is an incredibly friendly and welcoming host, speaking fantastic English. The WiFi is easy to connect to, although the password is 40 characters long! The staff is perfect - fast communication, friendly, and even helped me find a long-term release apartment. The rooms are creative and interesting, and I stayed in Olive's room with a sporty theme. The location is great with a nearby supermarket, pharmacy, and tram station to the center. The street is calm and safe, with no tourists. The rooms are quirky and themed, showing the owner's love and care for the place. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the shared kitchen/living area is well-equipped and pleasant to use. Our ground-floor room had its own little bathroom with a modern shower and toilet, and plenty of hot water. The hosts were welcoming and incredibly helpful. I had a great welcome and the location is perfect for me, on a quiet street with good transport links. Outstanding value for money.
